Sniper
Sniper tower is an basic tower. It has slow reload and high damage. Use the sniper tower to back up a cannon tower and pick off targets from long range.
Cannon
Cannon towers fire fast and do less damage, with small range but have splash damage. Use the cannon tower to back up a sniper tower and take out tightly packed groups.
Laser
High damage, high rate of fire, and also has splash damage, but poor range. This tower is arguably the strongest; use this to defend most valuable areas.
Tesla
Low damage and reload time, but can land quick consecutive hits, and also has high range. It works best against small groups of monsters.
